FREE BASIC FILE CHECK
When we receive your artwork, we will check it for any errors. If we do not find
any, we will begin printing immediately. However, if there are any errors during
our free file check, we will notify you by email about the errors. You will then
need to correct the artwork and return it to us. This is done so that we can provide
you with quality printing that meets our printing standards.
Is there an extra charge for delivery?
No. All charges are included in the price already. We will not have any additional
charges for our customers.
What if the artwork in my design isn't exactly right?
After we complete our free file check, we will send you an email regarding the quality
of the artwork. If the artwork is perfect, we will begin printing. If we have found
any mistakes or errors that can come from a negative effect of the result of printing,
we offer you three different option.
You can deliver the corrected artwork.
You can allow our team to do the artwork (additional charges will apply).
You can approve the printing which means that your artwork will be printed as is
with no further editing. The last option is to change your order to either use different
artwork or a different design.
FONTS
We need to embed all of your fonts into the PDF file. This is done to ensure that
your fonts for your artwork are the same when the printing is done. If the fonts
are not embedded, there will be a substitution font and it might not match the font
you chose for your artwork. This is generally already done when you create the PDF
file. However, please be sure they are embedded into your PDF(s) before sending.
SITE SECURITY
Our site also features extra features for security by monitoring IP addresses to
keep our business and our clients safe from fraudulent transactions and false user
registrations.
FILE FORMATS
Which file formats do you accept?
We prefer PDF-files (please pay attention to the pre-press settings) but we also
accept TIFF or JPEG files. In a PDF file the script has to be embedded.
What resolution do you recommend for my artwork?
The minimum resolution should be at 300 dpi. The higher the resolution, the better
the printing quality.
