When you supply art work to us a make sure that it is 300 dpi resolution and correct size, If you don’t send proper resolution pictures it affect the quality of printing,
The higher the resolution, the better the printing quality.

How to check whether my picture is 300 dpi?

In Photoshop, open the image in question, then click Image>Image Size… (Alt+Ctrl+I in Windows). In the box that comes up, the lower portion will tell you the size of the image at its current resolution.
