Issues with Copyright

The customer is held responsible for any issues with copyright when it comes to their pictures.

What if I don’t have any artwork pictures?

We can supply you with copyrighted artwork pictures at a reasonable rate.

How do I get a design quote?

Each quote will vary depending on the amount of pictures and text as well as the sizes for printing. To obtain a quote please send us an email with your pictures and text to:data@ukcolourprinting.com

How many times can my artwork be revised?

Generally, you can make up to two revisions that are included in your quote. Additional revisions will be charged a small fee to pay our designers for their extra work.

What is proof approval?

We like for our customers to approve the work before any printing can take place. This way we know the customer is satisfied with the design and there are no spelling or grammar mistakes. If there are any mistakes after this point that the customer did not notice or already approved is the responsibility of the customer.

How long does the art work take?

The timeframe all depends on the amount of work. We do our best to get it done for you as soon as possible. However, we will always keep you informed of the progress of our work through email.

Is my custom designed used for other jobs too?

We try not to use any customer’s designs in any other jobs. We do our best to keep our leaflets and business cards as unique as possible.

Will the design I see on my monitor be what is sent to me when finished?

There will be a few slight differences. When a picture with a digital camera is taken or scanned, the image is created in “RGB” colors. This means they are only created using three colors which are red, green and blue. These are the same colors that your monitor uses when displaying images. However, a screen press uses full colors and will print your picture in full color using “CMYK” which means cyan which is blue, magenta which is red, yellow and black.
